Mickey Mingov, Managing Partner

Mickey and his partners founded Kensington Equities as a successor to Windsor Investment Holdings and its various entities. Mickey has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing and development of over $400 Million of real estate assets in downtown Toronto and South Florida. Mickey has extensive experience in structuring and acquiring interests in litigation and arbitration claims and distress opportunities with a real estate component. Prior to establishing Kensington, Mickey was the founder and managing director of one of Canada’s leading litigation finance companies. Mickey holds a BBA with honours from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and a law degree with first class honours from Queen Mary University in London, England. He speaks English, Russian and Hebrew. In his current role, Mickey is responsible for sourcing New York based opportunities.

Patrick Iaboni, Partner

Prior to Kensington Equities, Patrick founded Windsor Investments and the Berkley Group of Companies and has completed over 40 development projects, representing over 3,500 single family homes and condominium units. The Berkley Group has also completed the acquisition of over $500 Million of income producing properties across Southern Ontario, Florida, Colorado, New York and Texas. The financing division has placed over $400 Million in mezzanine financing across North America. Patrick has extensive experience in all phases of the development process and across various asset classes. Patrick holds a BBA and MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto and was the recipient of the Gold Medal with highest standing in both programs.

Rolando DiGasabarro, Partner

Roland was previously a managing director in the Real Estate Principal Transactions Group at Lehman Brothers in New York City and currently serves on the board of directors of Professional Bank in Miami. Roland is the principal and founder of Windsor Capital Corporation and has been directly involved in real estate projects throughout North America valued in excess of $3 billion. Roland has over 25 years of experience across all major real estate asset classes and corporate private equity transactions. Roland holds a BBA and MBA in Real Property Development from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

Naram Mansour, Partner

Naram is a principal of Carlyle Communities and oversees all aspects of development in the Toronto market with over $1 Billion currently in the pipeline at various stages. Naram has extensive experience in all aspects of development including origination, acquisition, planning & approval, financing, construction, leasing and sales. Previously, Naram was a real estate banker at MCAP in Toronto. Naram holds a BBA and MBA in Real Property from the Schulich School of Business.
